Build strength. Improve balance. Gain confidence.

Vibrant Works provides adults age 60 and older with vision loss the opportunity to remain independent and active through our Falls Prevention Workshops. Designed for those seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as individuals who have experienced a fall or limit activities due to fear of falling, these workshops teach practical strategies to improve mobility and reduce fall risks. All services are offered at no cost to participants who are enrolled in the program.
